Terms of service
These terms apply to everyone who uses VitalRecord. By using the site you accept them.
- Acceptance. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- The service. VitalRecord is an information service. Reports summarise your records and the published literature. They do not tell you what is wrong with you, what to take, or what to expect, and they are not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified practitioner.
- Your data. What we collect, where it lives, and what deleting your account removes is set out in how we handle your data. Read how we handle your data.
- No warranty. The service is provided as is. VitalRecord gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of report content; every finding is quoted from its source so you can check it.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, VitalRecord is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
